How much does shipping cost?
All items in our collection come with FREE USPS priority shipping to any address in the U.S or Canada. International orders incur a flat $30 shipping charge. Purchases over $300 come with complimentary Express Delivery.
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Voucher Purchases: Due to the high volume of voucher and coupon redemptions, please allow up to 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. Deliveries outside the United States may take up to 4 weeks due to international customs and clearance.
USA: We are accustomed to dispatching most domestic orders within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Expect your beautiful pearls within 2 - 7 business days. Orders of over $300 receive Priority Processing as well as FREE Express delivery.
Canada: Orders to Canada are sent via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Expect to receive your order within 5 - 15 business days.
International: All International orders are sent either via USPS Priority Mail International, First Class Mail, or Express Mail International. Expect to receive your order within 5 - 15 business days.
How can I track my order?
For your convenience and peace of mind, all deliveries are registered and can be tracked through USPS. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. When making a purchase, registering on our site, or contacting us, kindly use just one private email address as opposed to your work email. The reason for this is that most corporate servers have firewalls in place that often prevent customers from receiving our correspondence.
What about packaging?
Each piece of jewelry is sent in a beautiful, custom-made, black leatherette jewelry box. Your order will be professionally packed and protected for your complete peace of mind. For added security, unmarked padded envelopes are used and the packaging is 100% discreet with no mention of the contents of the parcel, except for the compulsory customs declaration form for international orders. What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within the United States and Canada free of charge. We also deliver Worldwide at a flat rate of $30. Nearly 100% of our deliveries reach our clients around the world duty free; however, in the extremely rare case that duty is applied by your local customs officials, this cost will be borne by the customer.
